Fluegge Lighthouse operation  during the international Lighthouse/Lightship Weekend 2017. The event is accomplished by members of the radio club Karlsruhe (A07) and Dresden (S01). Each QSO will be confirmed with the Special DOK ILLW17. The lighthouse and the island number will be confirmed as well.

The lighthouse is quite high (38m) and has a very impressive construction. It was built in 1914-1915 and went in traffic 1916.

We will be QRV from 10m down to 80m with different types of antennas (see below). The modes are SSB and CW. After big pileups on 30m CW in past with the callsign DA2010LH, we decided to be on air once again on 30m CW at this time. Even we will operate with 2 stations in parallel.

During the event we will upload some pictures via Facebook under DR2W. See you and waiting for your thumb up. After the ligthouse event it is planned to put pictures and maybe some audio streams on our homepage www.dr2w.de.

The whole team is now 100% complete and ready for rocking on the HF-bands. The fixed operators are DH3WO, DJ2HD, DJ2BQ and DL3DXX.

The reference numbers are: ILLW DE0008 / FED-085 / GLHA-19 on EU-128

Note the following information for the QSL traffic

ALL QSL's will be sent automatically after the expedition via buro. So it's not necessary to send us a QSL from your side. We also upload the LOG during and after the event to Clublog.

Hams who want a direct QSL please note:

EU and outside of EU ==> 2 green stamps or 1 IRC+ SAE via DJ2HD home address. In case of more than 3 contacts please send 3 green stamps because each contact gets an own QSL card. In case you send no SAE on your direct request we send the QSL via buro. Also please don't mix any different calls together. Otherwise we send the QSL of the letter sender directly and the other calls via buro.

ALL direct requests which don't fulfill the above description will be sent via buro.
