Hi I'm Carl,

Welcome to my QRZ page, hopefully if you have come to my page it means that we have had a QSO or some kind of communication via this wonderful hobby of ours. These days with the likes of WSPR etc we don't always acknowledge our contacts, so if our signals have crossed in one of these modes and you fancy leaving a message on my web contact page please feel free to do so.

At present I am mostly active in the digital modes like PSK31 & WSPR at home and when I am traveling I prefer to listen on my FTM-400DE and occasionally join in on the nets that have started to spring up on my local repeater (GB3CR) on my commute back and forward to work.

I have started to set up an APRS station at my QTH so at some point I may apply for an NOV to run it unattended.

Also I have just started to get into D-Star using my Icom ID51E Plus & the DV-MEGA DualBand Raspberry RPI Radio Access Point,
