I got my hamradio license 1 March, 1969. Back then I was using the Heathkit HW-100 transceiver. The antennas were W3DZZ multi-band antenna, Hi-Gain 12-AVQ vertical and a 4 element yagi beam up 18 meters.

Since 20 years back my shack is at a smal "car-free" island called Kalvsund (JO57uq). It is located west of Gothenburg at the westcoast of Sweden. Here is a view:

My rigg today is an ICOM IC-7200. The antennas are: Hi-Gain 12-AVQ vertical for 20, 15 and 10 meter bands (same as the old days). On the other bands I'm using a long wire antenna. For digi-modes I'm using a Raspberry Pi 3B as the computer and an USB-cable directly connected to the IC-7200. The software is Raspbian Jessie as the OS and application FLdigi and WSJT-X.

On FM (2m and 70cm) and DStar I'm using the ICOM ID-51.

My other hobby is to take long touring trips on this motorbike:

Sometimes I will bring my radio with me on the trips.
