I am experimenting with Remote control of my Radio Station and have successfully conducted test QSO's with several stations on my laptop via my broadband aircard.

Got an ICom IC-775DSP with SM-8 Mike and SP-20 ext. speaker RX works great and TX at 200 watts, You do not need a linear. :-)
Got a Yaesu FTDX-3000 with all the bells and whistles . using it with Ham Radio Deluxe for Digital modes on RTTY ,PSK31, CW, SSTV modes.
I am testing the End-fed half wave dipole . 9:1 balun and 30 feet wire sloping from my tower. so far good results. I am surprise at the performance on 40 meters and 20 meters and above.
Yaesu FT-857D with ATS-120 antenna for HF on my mobile, with CS800 UHF DMR Mobile Radio .
New toy Yaesu FT-991 , playing with C4FM and connecting world-wide via YSF net.
