For several years 'minimum of the place - maximum of the effectiveness'  it must be my principle.

Home: IC-756 Pro III line. IC-7300 as backup.

Antennas (balcony setup ONLY):

MFJ-1786 (30-10 m) horizontal magloop/main antenna. Previously for many years on the roof of a high building in downtown.
Chameleon combined vertical (40-10 m): mini HYBRID-Base + V2L/lower part + 3 mtrs long MIL whip = total 4 m/13 ft. The original Chameleon 60 ft antenna wire stretched inside balcony, as a counterpoise.
Ampro-80 2,25 mtrs long (80 m).

Outside of Warsaw: mainly IC-7300, and sometimes KX3. IC-706 MKIIG as backup.
KELEMEN trap dipoles, homebrew wire antennas and AlexLoop for portable.
SP9RIG screwdriver (2.4 m/7,5 ft), and Diamond SD-330 screwdriver (1,85 m/66"-73") as backup, for mobile.  Both antennas are very effective. The bracket and the car/SUV body need to be well grounded.

CW first of all. While phone QSOs - particularly Spanish-speaking contacts are welcome (bienvenidos todos hispanohablantes).

I'll answer every card received via the Bureau (preferred way), and also direct if are needed. Sorry, no LoTW, nor eQSL - only real paper QSL.
QSL policy concerning my activations is described below.

DXCC Score (June 2016): CFM 336 Mixed, majority CW. Still it's requiring patience a lot, and a bit of luck, particularly in the context of LP and balcony antennas.

Each of us should abide by a set of DX-ing RULES listed below. They are not difficult, just a little desire and self-control of emotions.  If you do not want to respect them - do not bother longer, maybe you should change hobbies?

DX Code Of Conduct:

  • I will listen, and listen, and then listen again
  • I will only call if I can copy the DX station properly
  • I will not trust the cluster and will be sure of the DX-Station's call sign before calling
  • I will not interfere with the DX-Station nor anyone calling him and will never tune up on the DX-frequency or in the QSX-slot
  • I will wait for the DX-Station to end a contact before I call him
  • I will always send my full call sign
  • I will call and then listen for a reasonable interval. I will not call continuously
  • I will not transmit when the DX-operator calls another call sign, not mine
  • I will not transmit when the DX-operator queries a call sign not like mine
  • I will not transmit when the DX-Station calls other geographic areas than mine
  • When the DX-operator calls me, I will not repeat my call sign unless I think he has copied it incorrectly
  • I will be thankful if and when I do make a contact
  • I will respect my fellow HAMS and conduct myself so as to earn their respect

Every QSO means great success

QSL Policy.
All of my activationscastles, forts/fortresses and municipalities (ZWP, WCA, PGA) are always confirmed by LOG sending to the manager. If you would like to receive my paper QSL - PLEASE tell it to one of the possible ways (also during our QSO!). Then you will get it via the Bureau. Sorry, no LoTW, nor eQSL.
