Came to this hobby in 1959, after passing the tests and getting CE6EZ in Chile at age 16. An avid contester and DXer ever since, I moved to USA in 1995 and stayed QRT until December 2008, when I gave and passed both the Technician and General tests.15 days later I passed the Extra test and applied for my present vanity call WE6EZ, only one letter off from CE6EZ which I still keep. First living in a brutally restricted section of Las Vegas, which did not allow antennas of any kind, I moved to Texas last year. Now living in a 1.6 acre countryside property about 30Mls SE of Austin I am planning on putting up a tower and decent antennas in the future. For now I am using a TW-2010 5 band vertical dipole and 30/40/80 Mts. inverted V to my barefoot T-TParagon 100 watt transceiver. In spite of limited working conditions I have worked all Continents and DXCC on several bands.Things can only get better! Hope to meet you on the bands soon. 73
