Now have a new radio to the shack, the New Icom IC-7300 Wow it's a Fantastic Radio.
I thought my IC-7600 was great but the IC-7300 is in a class of it's own, well done Icom.
Now running the Ciro Mazzoni Baby Loop Antenna on a G-1000DXC Rotator.
Results are great, Signals are 3s Units up and the NoiseFloor is only 3-4db on a bad day.
Tuning is Fully Automatic with the Version 2 ATU Unit by I3VHF.
The 6BTV is doing fine but I required something
with a bit more gain and direction with my 10w.

Interested in Building and Repairing Computers and Motorised Satellite TV.
Have now started using Digital Modes and enjoying it so much.
Always nice to learn new things regarding this wonderful hobby.
And I've got a long way to become as knowledgeable as the Pro's.
Been building some Wire Antenna's, my latest being a 40m thr 10m Fan Dipole.
As a AutoCad User I've been putting some ideas to paper regarding a new
project, and that is a CobWeb Antenna to cover the 6 bands 20-17-15-12-10-6m.
I've created what i believe is a 1 off design of a Centre Hub.
Influence has come from the internet but the design is all mine.
Here's a sneak preview below.
Update on my Version of the "CobWebb" Antenna.
My friend Jimmy has Laser some parts for the Centre Hub Section out of 6mm Stainless Steel.
The Round Plate is Tig Welded to a Clamping Channel then U-Bolted to a Support Pole.
Next step is to mount the 1" Stauff Clamps to the Centre Hub Plate when they arrive.
More Pictures To Follow.......
Well Here's My "CobWebb" Up & Running.
Have now managed to work Japan since running the HomeBrew CobWeb
