Thank you for viewing, I am a undergrad at Montana State University as an engineer student. I am now moving on to the next level of Amateur Radio, Awards, (in both Engineering and Amateur) and QSL Cards. I have a Icom IC-706 MK II G Using a Dipole with 130' and 60' and 30'7.2" long legs up at 25' center, and in a FanV (ESE, ENE Horizontal to the Rockies 37° lazy V)I got some seriously interesting NVIS action going on on MW 160-30m while 20m,15m,12m,10m, and 6m has and interesting pattern as I talk and listen back home this cycle it is near perfect, 40m is the best band S7 to S9+50dB.* Licensed in 1/21/2003 it is almost time to renew. In one year with near giving up I achieved Extra. As I have lived in Tacoma, Washington for 28 years of my life, I now live in Montana again with my family. I am currently using 75-40,20,15,10 and 6m well as I can talk to the folks at great distance off my dipole that has a low noise and talks/hears well, who needs a beam?

Due to being in school, I use RCForb software http://beta.remotehams.comThis software allows you use bases all over the world. Easy to set up and to gain access to various bases (if there is an agreement between countries.) All you have to do is upload a copy of your ham license to the server and then you go to the bases and connect to them and press TX this sends a request to the owner for access. Not all server owners grant access that way, some are CLUB only like W7DXX. For more information click the link above and read the site. Oh and the best thing short W7DXX and CLUB ones, all access to the remote bases are free.

Following Awards/(former)Memberships: Radio Club of Tacoma from 2003-2005 and 2009(former) Electric City Amateur Radio Montana 2007-2008.(Former) O.M.I.S.S. #5,523, Northwestern Country Cousin #1,436, Western Country Cousin #2,323,(I am a member of GVARC in 2012 but have yet to renew) I have my 3rd Award from ARRL WAS Mix Mode and Phone Only Award #51,957. I have the R.C.C. Award, First Contact Award and Amateur Extra Class Award and I have the IARU HF World Championship First Place Single Op Phone Only LP WWA Section ZONE 6 2004. Pays to submit your log even if you dont have the hundered thousands of points.

* Antenna and radio is now in storage so I am not on the bands in the conventional way *
