June 2016

I was told that some guys got their direct mail back due to exceeded storage in my P.O.Box. If it happened to you, please let me know.

February 2015

I receive more and more emails or letters, that some om didn't get my J6 QSL card. This is especially for cards I have sent December 31, 2014. December 30 I received the cards from the print shop. I have sent ALL direct cards, which arrived before that date December 31. Nobody knows the way our post offices work, but even snail mail should be faster. I assume that the cards you didn't get are lost.

NEW: You can order your bureau or direct QSLs for C6AKA, HK0GU, VP2MGU, J3/DL7VOG; J38GU. PJ5/DL7VOG, PJ5G, 9Y4/DL7VOG, J87GU, J6/DL7VOG, J68GU, FM/DL7VOG and TO4GU via OQRS on the ClubLog page www.clublog.org/expeditions.php. So you can get the QSLs earlier and cheaper (no outgoing postage).

January 2010

To all DIRECT mailers:

if you can't or won't wait for bureau QSLs for my DXpeditions and send your QSL direct, please remember that postage in Germany is very expensive. For an overseas letter I have to pay 1,70 Euros, that means more than two Dollars. Many guys send two Dollars but this is only about 1,30 Euros (todays exchange).
I don't want to get rich with my hobby but neither poor. Smile

Please keep this in your mind - and remember: THIS IS NOT MY FAULT !!!

Unbelievable but true - the German Post Authorities reduced the postage from 1,70 Euros to 0,75 Euros - starting January 2011!

That means - I need two green stamps or 1 IRC for return postage.
