Paper QSL direct via N4GNR,  I use LOTW too. That includes home call, contest call and Dxpeditions.

Sorry, cards received by bureau won't be answered due to time restraints on my side.

Thanks for visiting my page. My name is Allan, I was born in Peru in a family of very active OA hams back in the 70's. Saw a lot of earthquake emergency comm ops in our living room, phone patching victims with their families in the capital. Thirty years later, the sparks is on again.

I was licensed in Spain July 2013 as EA3HSO.

Main interests are QRO HF DXing, QRP and satellite work.

QTH is in Barcelona, Spain, with ocational operation from Mallorca (EA6) and Lima, Perú (OA4).

HF base rigs:

Kenwwod TS-990 + Expert 1.3K FA linear.

Collins 32S1 transmitter and 75S1 receiver.

Collins R-390/URR receiver.

HF portable rigs:

Elecraft KX3

Icom IC-7300

Main HF antenna is a G3TXQ 7 bander Hexbeam by MWOJZE (6-10-12-15-18-20.40 m) on top of a 12 meters crank-up mast, sitting on top of a 22 meter building on a small hill in downtown Barcelona.

For V/U sat work I use a pair WIMO X-QUADS, mounted in a separate push up mast with an azim/elev rotator and SSB Electronics pre-amps for each band.

My contesting callsign is
mostly on SSB contests. QSL through EA3HSO via N4GNR.

Open for any short QSO or for a nice long ragchewing session. Enjoy both.

73, hope to meet you soon in the waves!

I abide  (or really, really really try to abide) by the....

  • I will listen, and listen, and then listen again before calling.
  • I will only call if I can copy the DX station properly.
  • I will not trust the DX cluster and will be sure of the DX station's call sign before calling.
  • I will not interfere with the DX station nor anyone calling and will never tune up on the DX frequency or in the QSX slot.
  • I will wait for the DX station to end a contact before I call.
  • I will always send my full call sign.
  • I will call and then listen for a reasonable interval. I will not call continuously.
  • I will not transmit when the DX operator calls another call sign, not mine.
  • I will not transmit when the DX operator queries a call sign not like mine.
  • I will not transmit when the DX station requests geographic areas other than mine.
  • When the DX operator calls me, I will not repeat my call sign unless I think he has copied it incorrectly.
  • I will be thankful if and when I do make a contact.
  • I will respect my fellow hams and conduct myself so as to earn their respect.
