I was first licensed in 1961 as KN1RWG. My Novice license expired and I was ou tof the hobby for a while, busy being a teenager. I found myself in the broadcast business in 1968 and a few years later I decided to get involved again, this time around as WB1AIU. In January, 2008, I changed my call to W1AIU and added an Elecraft K3/100 to the station. What a sweet transceiver. I've even gotten active with CW again! As most if us do, from time to time, I have sold off some gear and dusted off some old relics that surprisingly still work!

Now that I am "semi-retired" I have some more time for the hobby. Meanwhile, I keep busy with some VO (voice over work) and spend a considerable amount of time acting on stage as well as being involved in audio drama. There are tons of sites on the Internet... most of them free... with all kinds of audio dramas, including comedies, sci-fi and adventures. Drop by my site: http://joestofko.com and the audio drama site: http://harvestaudio.joestofko.com ...and, by all means, give me a holler if you find me on the bands.
