Thank You For Stopping By

I am an English guy living near Coney Island Brooklyn New York, I have always been involved with electronics as a hobby and in work , I moved to New York on a work assignment in 2007 and started to listen to the http://TWIT.TV network and then Ham Nation since it started and the guy's at http://www.amateurlogic.tv this got me interested in Ham Radio so in 2012 I got my Technician  ticket (first Call sign KD2BWC) and my General and Extra and a new vanity K2BAG call sign, I can often be found lurking on the Ham Nation and ALTV chatrooms as K2BAG_John and +JohnBaggott on google plus.

I am a member of the Kings County Radio Club http://kc2rc.com the club based in Brooklyn, the club has regular VE sessions and a great Sunday 10 meter net (28.380 USB) which is Technician friendly with helpful advice and a great place to get over mic fright, there is a Tuesday night 2M net on 146.130 MHz and the receive frequency is 146.730 MHz PL tone is 88.5 hz.
