Beautiful Wife (KG7EUT), beautiful Daughter (KG7AOE) . Oregon Native

I enjoy every aspect of Ham Radio that I have Touched and there is still more to discover.

I use an iCOM IC-7300 as my main HF radio utilizing a 20M Monoband Dipole or a 40M OCF Windom.

I use a military style push up tower, that my wife caught me climbing.

For local FM, and VHF/UHF SSB I use a FT-897 hooked to a pair of Diamond 10 element yagis

I have  made some project videos, a couple were aired on Ham Nation.

Doug Tenna

"Its a Tree"? most people ask... Yes indeed it is a tree, a shunt fed 10M - 40M vertical tree.

2M Moxon

I decided to make a 2M moxon one night after work, it was a great project that only cost about $8.00. It has preformed well for me over the past few months.

Power Supply LED upgrade

One of the lamps in my trusty Astron powersupply went out so I decided to replace it with LEDs. I took over the Dinining room table one afternoon and put this one together.

#2 As a Rookie!

I enjoy participating in contests from time to time, and managed to pull out the #1 spot in 7 land as a rookie in the 2014 CQ WW WPX SSB contest.

QSL Cards

I have made of number of different QSL cards over the past couple of years, here are the highlights.

My Wife (KG7EUT) cellabrating our 10th Wedding anniversary Chinook Fishing.

Nice 3D like image, seemed like it would make a nice QSL card.

Here is a shot of me calling CQ out camping with some good friends (KD7GEC & KF6WTC) September 2013

Taken from a hill top looking over Olallie and Monan Lake in the Mt Hood national forrest.

This is my wife Stacie KG7EUT used with permission of course.

I got dressed up for Thanksgiving dinner and decided to get some radio time while waiting for the turkey.

Here is the card I made for the Field Day 2014
This card was exchanged with the Stations worked during the 13 Colonies Special Event 2014
