MY LOGS ARE ONLY UPLOADED ON THE WWFF LOGSEARCH ( by Andrew,M0YMA )

There is an increasing number of people making bogus QSO. This means they make a QSO under their callsign and a bit later on call again under a friend's callsign even though he is not QRV. I have good ears and I am not stupid, hihi. This has happened from ONFF-381 on monday 21 sept. ALL QSO (original AND bogus)  have now been deleted from my log and I will do this again in the future. If a person persists he will be put on my black list and will never get into my log again. His loss, not mine. It is after all a hobby and meant for us to enjoy it.

Please be a good HAM and don' t cheat !!!

During the month of november and this untill 2018 all ON callsigns will be worth 30 points for the UBA 14-18 award.

Furthermore we can use the special prefix "OP" during this period.

So you will find me with: OP2WAB/p  in commemoration of all the soldiers that died in WW I.

All QSL cards  for november 2014 have been sent via bureau.

Hope to contact you from another location real soon !! For more details on my U.K. activations, please check check my U.K. call M6ONL on QRZ.COM

I have been active as an SWL for over 30 years now and still I am a avid listener. Now I received my novice license and will be scanning the HF with Icom IC-7200 (50W), doublesize G5RV and DX-88 vertical at ground level with 25 radials buried in the ground and a hexbeam at 10m high. I am active in SSB,CW RTTY and PSK31/63.

Often I am on the road to do /p activations from Nature reserves, Castles, Mills, Sota .......whatever comes along.

Apart from radio my other hobbies are: visiting airshows, long distance walking and do some recreational cycling to keep fit. I collect cards from Short Wave listeners as well.

SWL-reports for my QSO are always very welcome and will be answered in the same way as I have received the listeners card. AT LEAST 2 STATIONS I WORKED SHOULD BE MARKED IN YOUR REPORT. Please NO DX-Cluster reports, they are useless and will NOT be confirmed!

I QSL via bureau or direct. Please no E-QSL I am not registered, I like the real stuff :o).

UPDATE ON QSL POLICY: I started activating WWFF in 2010 and have made almost 15000 QSO now. I always QSL-ed 100% to all contacts. Now I see that the response is very poor: around 15% return ratio, which is of course your right, but therefore I have decided that for my /p activations I will use the "SEND ONE GET ONE" qsl policy from now on. So if you send a card you will get one back the same way you sent it. For the QSO I make from my home QTH nothing changes, here I QSL 100%. On the other hand I want to thank the many OM who DO send their cards to confirm the QSO and hope they will continue to do so, because EVERY QSO CONFIRMED WITH YOUR QSL IS VERY SPECIAL TO ME

If you collect for the UBA postcode award, my card is valid for postcode "8720".

ENJOY LIFE AND THIS WONDERFUL AND UNIQUE HOBBY !!!!!
