Thanks for visiting my page.   I'm Pumpkin the cat, and I help run this radio station.

I play a very important role with the station by pushing pens off the table, and pushing papers on to the floor.  My human, Kirk, was first licensed in 1969  with the callsign,WBØAXX,  but I didn't know him until just a few months ago when I adopted this family.   Now I run the place.

My family keeps me here in Canton. Ohio.    I know my human has VHF and UHF radios in the car, but the equipment that I'm sitting by is a Flex 5000A and Ameritron AL-80B.    It keeps me nice and warm in the winter.

My assistant, Smokey the cat, is in the other picture.  She runs the SWL monitoring station which has a Watkins Johnson  WJ 8711,  JRC NRD-545, plus SDR receivers for listening on multiple bands at the same time.

When I'm outside catching mice, I see multiple antennas include a Cushcraft R5, long wire and tuner, and folded dipole, e.g. BW90 for HF.   VHF/UHF include ground planes for 6, 2m, and 440 and beam for 440.

Please QSL direct, or via QRZ.   I'll make sure my human keeps up with the QSL cards.

I'm giving you a call, can you hear me?

Smokey is taking care of the SWL receivers.
