Thanks for checking into my QRZ page. I'm a married father of 3, and work in the Internet Security business. I enjoy chasing DX on CW, SSB and the Digital Modes. I also occasionally check-in to the 3905 Century Club Network, OMISS, and am registered in the CCN and OMISS Bureaus. I am also current with the ARRL Bureau for International QSL Card delivery, LOTW, and on eQSL.cc. I do send and respond to paper QSL requests. An SASE is appreciated, and 1 Green Stamp for International Direct Mail only. Otherwise, International responses go through the bureau.
My shack consists of two operating positions, the first being an SO2R setup. The primary radio is a Kenwood TS-990S with an Acom 2000A Amplifier. The other SO2R radio is an Elecraft K3S coupled with an Expert 1K-FA Linear. The secondary position is built around a Icom IC-7851 and a Flex 6700 with a Icom IC-910H for Satellite work. Antennas are a Traffie 5-band Hexbeam at 45-feet, SteppIR BigIR Vertical, various wire antennas, and a 8-Circle receive array for 40/80/160-meters (installation underway). Satellite antennas are M2 2m/70cm, controlled by a Yaesu G-5500 AZ/EL rotor. The whole station is fully automated using Microham Station Master Deluxe and Microkeyer 2R+.
