I received my Novice license (VK3NOA) in 1975, graduated to Combined (VK3KOA) shortly after, then received my current call about 5 years ago.

I enjoy a round of golf as you can see from my QSL card!

I am active on 80-10m, all modes (particularly JT65 and FT8).

Due to severe local QRM I have been forced to build my own remote station in rural VK3. It took 12 months hard work and considerable $$, plus several thousand km's traveling back and forth, but it's been worth it - I've learnt a great deal, I'm 1000 feet above sea level with no noise, and I'm now able to operate on the low bands for the first time in 35 years! This has improved my enjoyment of this great hobby immeasurably.

I'm using an Elecraft K3S-Twin setup with RemoteRig interfaces. It works perfectly.

PS. To the DXpedition operators who hear me I apologise for the slight latency on my CW signal, I know it's annoying but I probably wouldn't even be able to hear you without this setup!
