W6BSD's Bio

I usually upload my QSOs a regular basis to LOTW, QRZ.com.

Thank you for following my call

I just got my ham radio license (Feb 2017) even tho I got the licence I am still learning how to become a good ham radio operator. For the moment, I am unfortunately only operating mobile.

My rig is a IC-7200 with an IT-100 a ntenna tuner and my home antenna EFHW from MyAntenna. My QTH is in a dense, urban area, with high background electrical noise and I rarely operate from home. Most of my operation is made in my car from hill top or the beach, with a Buddistick portable antenna fixed on the roof of the car, or on a 10 feet painter's pole.

I upload all my QSO's daily to LOTW and QRZ.com.

I also built an EchoLink node to access our local repeater N6NFI. It runs svxlink on a Raspberry PI 3, and uses a Baofeng handheld radio. The Repeater is 2 miles in the lined of sight from my shack. You can find more information on my GitHub https://github.com/0x9900/W6BSD-R

73 . . . see you on the air.
