Hello, my name is Gerard and I 'm living in Soest, a small town N.E. of the city of Utrecht, in the middle of The Netherlands.

I'm intressted in all HAM items. Ham-bands from 80 m. till 70 cm, specialy Digi Modes. The HF antenna is a FD-3, home made, which is in a prefect condtion and I received very good reports around the world.

At home I've APRS Digipeater working at 144.800 Mhz with the call PDØJEW-2. The height of the antenna is about 24 meters asl and all the data is send by Internet to serveral servers (I-gate). I've also a Winlink2000 RMS at 144.850 Mhz for EMCOMM email messages by radio on beheave of DARES. The callsign is PI8MNL-10.

I'm a member of the DUTCH IPARC (Dutch section of the International Police Association Radio Club) and Dutch ARES (DARES witch means Dutch Amateur Radio Emergency Services) Region 25, Region Gooi and Flevoland). I'am aslo member of EPC and DMC. The numbers are: EPC # 3021 Area NL-10 and DMC # 1608. I'm also an operator of PI4IPA  QRV on Friday, the clubstation of the IPARC, mostly in PSK on 20mtr. .

When we are on vacation, I use the calls PJ2/PD0JEW from Curacao; EA8-PD0JEW from Gran Canaria or in The Netherlands PD0JEW / A. QSL cards are very welcome, also from SWL, via Dutch QSL Buro and / or by E-QSL.CC .

I hope to see you on my screen in PSK or JT65 on HF, or to speak in other modes..
